About The Dreamer Series:
The Dreamer Series takes you on a journey to meet individuals creating real change in the world. Our mission is to educate, entertain and inspire passion in each and every viewer. I travel across the country interviewing the most inspiring entrepreneurs and extraordinary creatives and influencers.
The Dreamer Series seeks out uncommon inventors, innovators and philanthropists across the country-people that are not afraid to go against the status quo. What makes these people tick? What motivates a person who seemingly has the odds stacked against them to rise above and achieve unparalleled success?
The series is produced by Barrett/Johnson Productions for multiple digital platforms, with the primary destination being YouTube.
Our target market is people of color between the ages of 25 to 44.
The Dreamer Series is distributed via Apple TV, Roku and Google Play. Our distribution partner is KNEKT, which produces world-class live and pre-recorded broadcasts from exclusive events, concerts and red carpet shows, as well as developing and producing film and TV shows with a core theme of conscious content and social good.

This fellowship will go towards building out the infrastructure to further produce content so that we can continue the work. The more episodes that we can produce the more we can spur entrepreneurship. Our production model is centered around hiring local camera crews while bringing some of the cities creatives, entrepreneurs and everyday Dreamers to be on The Dreamer Series.
